Kotor Hill offers an amazing view to the incredible landscape of Montenegro, the Adriatic and the surrounding mountains. On this unique location a new resort is created. The resort is defined by, and respects, the qualities the landscape provides, while at the same time it is challenging the dramatic scenery.
Architecturally the proposal is a modern interpretation of the local Montenegrin building typology, with houses that integrates with the landscape.The project has an ambitious ecological profile, both in terms of choice of materials and in the use of resources. The entire area is planned completely without driving possibilities. Today a protected fort from the 18th century dominates the area and will be converted into a hotel and wellness centre, complete with Turkish baths and spa.
