Sushi of Sweden
´Sushi of Sweden´ is a new drive-in chain of restaurants, offering a healthy alternative to the usual fast food. The design offers a mix of Japanese aesthetics and Scandinavian functionality. The round building envelope consists of glass with a white bamboo pattern, doubling as a sunshield. The restaurant is built from sustainable material.
The first Sushi of Sweden drive-in restaurant opened in Uppsala in December 2011.
